Working Out

It is official - today I began my "getting fit" regimen. And this time I'm in it for the long haul. With the fiancee as my trainer/nutritionist, I'm guaranteed results....if only I can get out of my own way!

Obstacles: a debilitating sweet tooth and the urge to pick cuddling over any form of exercise.

Ah... working out... my nemesis.
I've recently started a challenge with a group of friends; 30 minutes a day of exercise (who really has time for a full hour?!) and giving up something like potato chips or sweets. So far so good, I find being accountable to other people really helps with the motivation :-)
And I love that last quote about not 'losing' the weight, brilliant!

Good luck! I figured you were probably on a new fitness regimen because I saw these pins on your board earlier. On another note, I've been absolutely addicted to Pinterest lately!

You'll never find me in a gym, never. But I bicycle pretty much everywhere I go and then I've got my yoga mat here at home.

And I eat home-made treats almost every single day because I use good ingredients ;-)

This is exactly what I need to get myself motivated. I have a gym contract but barely ever go.
